02 Shift In design32-bit barrel shifter and multiply loop. ~forty 74ACT157 muxes. Priority encoder skips zero chunks.
03 Memory In designDual-port RAM, byte-lane decode, 60×80 tile framebuffer. The bus to the outside world.
04 Register In design256 GPR · 3-read-1-write. Instruction register sheet. Eight banks on a 32-bit word.
05 PC In designProgram counter, stack pointer, interrupt vectors. Keyboard tables and printer I/O hooks.
06 Bus In designTri-state write-back highway. 74ACT541 + 74ACT138 → 9 ns mux. Unblocks every other slice.
07 ALU PopulatingDual-LUT 8-bit slice. Muxes and adders down on board one. Seven lamps. The copper is next to the sim.
08 Display In designThe rest of the lamp wall and VGA timing. 07 already carries its own LED bring-up panel.
